Sunday Blue or Monday Blue, familiar isn’t?
Those people who experience the ‘Blues’ are usually in careers which may provide security and certain freedoms, but lack of joy and fulfillment.
Here is the thing, there is no point in staying in a job where you feel miserable.
There are so many opportunities at the workplace that you have yet to discover.
The only thing you need to figure out is the right motivation to get you to those opportunities.
1.Money
Ah, money. The most motivating factor that inspires you to work.
Or should I say work hard?
Making money is a necessary motivation that drives you into your professions and motivates you to stay in it.
Money is also a tool that you need to survive.
Money gives you a feeling of dignity, accomplishment, and success.
Money also gives you the freedom to buy whatever you crave and the lifestyle you want to live.
Nevertheless, the one thing that is the most important that money doesn’t bring is happiness.
2.Purpose
You have to have a sense of purpose to lead a fully fulfilling work life.
People that are living without an aim, a purpose or a goal struggles with more distress than others.
When you have a sense of purpose, you feel more driven and more positive about your work life and the direction to where you want to go is clearer.
Purpose gives you a deeper feeling of security compared to money because money comes and goes.
Having a purpose motivates you to keep moving forward and to achieve what you truly want.

There are many careers out there that provide the money you desire but unrewarding stress comes along with it.
At the end of the day, the majority of your time spent in your life is at work so you might as well find a way to make your career meaningful for yourselves and others.
When you see that what you are doing makes a difference, even a little bit, it makes your jobs feel even more fulfilling and having a purpose.
When you are inspired, you are motivated to keep hustling.
4.Challenge
Being in a career where you work like a beaver every day might not pose an obstacle for you to make any new attempts or improvements to your behavioral habits around hard work.
You want to see how far you can go, or how many hurdles you can get over in order for you to reap the satisfaction of getting a victory at the end game.
You might fail along the way on this road of the challenge but this is exactly how you build the strength that keeps you motivated and ready for what’s next.
