1.Start by researching the company and your interviewers.

This is the first step in preparing for an interview. You need to understand key information about the company you are interviewing with because it can really help you go into your interview with confidence.

Visit the company’s website, social media accounts and recent press releases will provide a solid understanding of the company’s goals and how your background makes you a great fit.

2. Practice your answers to common interview questions. 

Start googling common interview questions and prepare your answer to the common questions like: “Tell me about yourself, and why are you interested in this role with our company?”

Why? Because when you already have the answers in mind, when asked in the interview, you will be able to answer them smoothly.

3.Reread the job description.

When applying for a job, do you actually read the job description or just simply send in your resume?
